How would you prepare to write a chart, table or graph?
In this lesson, we'll look at the first two sentences that you need to know when writing task 1 of IELTS.

Vocabulary for main idea, your first sentence. The title is the main idea and it should have 2 parts. FIRST, it should begin with any of the following vocabulary and SECOND, it should end with the title or similar words to the title.

Note: For the ending of the first sentence, you can copy the title.
The number of ideas and your organization of the graph, table or chart, your second sentence.
The second sentence should let us know how the paragraph is going to be organized. Obviously a chart or graph is comparing two or more ideas so you need to state what kinds of things are being compared and how many.
Organized by number or time. In Britain in three time periods,
Organized by a group. In the case of females,
Note: In many of the graphs, you can organize by time or another group.
